Acceptance of the terms and conditions of use Mahavi - is the commercial name of SC Mahavi Finance SRL, a legal entity of Romanian nationality, with its registered office in B-DUL G-RAL GHEORGHE MAGHERU, NR.24, SPATIUL COMERCIAL IN SUPRAFATA DE 15 MP Sector 1 Bucharest. This website is the property of Mahavi where peoples buy/sell a digital currency such as Bitcoin, Ethereum or Litecoin. This currency is sent to the virtual wallet address indicated by the customer after inserting money to the atm. By selling it is understood that the customer wants to sell a digital currency such as Bitcoin, Ethereum or Litecoin. The customer will send the digital currency to the address indicated by the B-ATM by scanning a QR code, and after 1 confirmation on the blockchain, the customer can withdraw the money. Transaction reffers to the collection/payment of an amount resulting from the sale/purchase of a Digital Currency. Transactions are irreversible and cannot be canceled if they have been successfully completed. Mahavi is not responsible for any incomplete transfers or wrong amounts sent by the customer. All incomplete transactions will be resolved as soon as possible. Transaction validation can take from a few minutes to a few days, depending on the traffic on the Blockchain network, depending on the amount sent and the company to which the virtual wallet is affiliated. Price reffers as the "price per coin" that customers are willing to pay to buy or sell virtual currencies using the trading service B-ATM. Initiating of transactions is done only under the following conditions: - The Digital Currencies sold to Mahavi do not originate from illicit or illegal activities. - The sale of these digital currencies does not represent money laundering activity. - You are the owner of these virtual coins. - Declare on your own responsibility that the sums of money used for the purchase of digital coins do not come from a fraud. If the contrary is proven, you are obliged to bear the damage and the possible legal consequences. We are entitled to consider that a transaction has been authorized by you when all conditions have been met and all steps have been followed including the issuance of the receipt. Privacy Policy - Mahavi will maintain the confidentiality of information of any nature that the user provides. The disclosure of the information provided will be possible only in accordance with the law. AML/KYC Policy - To prevent fraudulent transactions, prevent money laundering and terrorist financing, we will perform KYC (Know Your Customer) checks in order to benefit from our services. For these checks, we will ask customers for the identity document issued by the state, and in some cases it is possible to request additional documents. Major Force - None of the parties will be liable for non-performance of its contractual obligations, if such non-performance on time and/or properly, in whole or in part, is due to an event of Major force. This means that in the case of an unforeseeable event, beyond the control of the parties and which cannot be avoided.

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you fully own and control the cryptocurrency wallet and funds you plan to use at this ATM. ROMANCE SCAM: Have you been sent to this ATM to send money to your boyfriend, girlfriend, fiance, husband or wife that you met online? This is highly likely a SCAM. We do not want to break your heart, but it is probable that your online significant other is taking advantage of you to send them money. We HIGHLY do not recommend using our ATM for this, and are not liable for monetary loss if you continue to proceed to use the ATM for this purpose.
